Our first stop in Kingston was the home of Ed Morgan and the "Fore Morward Training Center." (That's like more forward, only bass-ackwards.) Ed really took a liking to our 12x16 Gambrel Mini-Barn design. He built his mini-barn 12x12 because in Kingston you don't need a permit if your structure is 144 sq/ft, or less.
